Lykli Gurugram, Ingka Centres’ first IKEA-anchored meeting place in India, marked an important construction milestone with Taklagsfest, a traditional Swedish roofing celebration, commemorating the completion of the project’s top structure. The celebration brought together co-workers, partners and workers to recognise the collective effort behind the project and the progress made since construction began.
With a total area of around 159,000 sq.metresabove ground, across 6 floors of retail space, 7 floors premium office space,Lykli Gurugram, located in Sector 47, is being developed as a vibrant mixed-use destination bringing together retail, food and beverage, entertainment and learning experiences, community spaces and workplaces. Anchored by IKEA, it will bring together a mix of global and local brands, alongside around 25,000 sq. metres of office space.
