Canara HSBC Life Insurance recently organized an inter-state cricket tournament, “CHL Sales Cricket League” for the sales force spread across the country. The initiative witnessed participation from 16 states with their teams and players to showcase their sportsmanship on the field of Delhi. The friendly match series was organized to cheer up and create synergies between the Sales team which is spread across the country and demonstrate their passion for cricket.
The cricket league began on 7th January 2023 and was concluded with a grand finale on 12th February 2023 in Delhi, Jamia Milia Cricket Stadium. Teams with different names to represent their states were formed from Gujarat to Bangalore, Lucknow to Telegana and so on so forth. The grand finale saw more than 300 employees with their families cheering up for the finalist teams. The Gujraj Team (Gujarat + Rajasthan) defeated Kerala Kombans and won the trophy in the grand final match.
Present at the tournament, Ms. Tarannum Hasib, Chief Distribution Officer, Canara HSBC Life Insurance said, “It is imperative to understand how crucial it is for sales force to meet and exchange their thoughts with each other on a platform apart from business meetings. CHL Sales Cricket League brought 16 states together with 15 teams trying to tame each other for the glorious trophy.
