Aster Prime Hospital in association with the (AIRRF) organized International Women’s Day celebrations at the AIRRF Central Office, Chilkalguda, Secunderabad. A total of 96 beneficiaries availed the health screening and consultation services during the camp.
Dr. Nirmala Rajaram, PCMD/SCR, attended the event as the Chief Guest. Dr. S. Sreedhar, President of AIRRF, K. Sivakumar, Zonal Secretary, C. Krishnakumari, Convenor – Women’s Wing, and K. Girija, GS/ YNSM Trust, were also present at the program. Chief Guest highlighted the importance of recognizing the contributions of women and emphasized the need for regular health awareness and preventive healthcare among railway pensioners and their families. The camp offered medical screening and consultations to railway pensioners and their families, encouraging preventive healthcare and early detection of health issues.
The health camp included screening tests such as Blood Pressure (BP), GRBS, Pulse Rate (PR), SPO2, Height, Weight, ECG, 2D Echo, and Pulmonary Function Tests. Specialist consultations were also provided in Cardiology, Gynaecology, and General Medicine.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from railway pensioners and the wives of pensioners, making the celebration both meaningful and impactful.
The organizers expressed their sincere appreciation to Aster Prime Hospital, medical professionals, volunteers, and all participants for their support in making the event a success.
