In line with its aggressive network expansion strategy and customer-first approach, Škoda Auto India has inaugurated a new 2S service facility in Sector 60, Noida, operated by Brite Autowheels Pvt. Ltd. This marks Škoda’s fourth touchpoint in Noida and takes its Uttar Pradesh footprint to 20 touchpoints, further reinforcing the brand’s commitment to delivering quality ownership experiences.
The facility spans a total area of 51,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with 25 service bays to offer comprehensive, faster, and more efficient service support to customers. The service centre reflects Škoda Auto’s global Modern Solid design philosophy, ensuring a premium, customer-centric experience.
Commenting on the inauguration of the new touchpoints, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said, “Uttar Pradesh is a key growth market for us, and Noida, in particular, is a fast-growing automotive hub. This new facility strengthens our service footprint and brings us closer to customers in the region. As we scale with new product offerings and enhanced infrastructure, our focus remains on delivering convenience, quality, and peace of mind.”

The new facility will offer service and support for Škoda Auto India’s complete product portfolio, including the Kylaq, Kodiaq, Slavia, and Kushaq. Along with value-added programs like Škoda SuperCare, extended warranties, and service packages, the brand continues to deliver peace of mind across the ownership lifecycle. Škoda Auto India has also grown its network from 120 customer touchpoints in 2021 to over 290 today, with a goal of reaching 350 by the end of 2025.
