A sedentary lifestyle increases the risk of muscle weakness and poor mental health. At an early age itself most of them are suffering from pains like shoulder pain, neck pain, low back pain, knee pain, etc. Such pains can only medical managed medically because such pains will recur again so Therefore, physiotherapy treatment plays a major role in treating such pains.
A physiotherapist examines the pain and plans the supportive treatment with proper physical exercises by which they can return to normal by improving the strength, balance and mobility.
